RS Residence

RS Residence is conceived as a tranquil tropical home composed of distinct living, private, and service pavilions. A long lap pool links the volumes, while shaded transitions, gardens, and natural materials establish a quiet setting for long-term living.

The program includes three bedrooms, open living and dining spaces, kitchen, study, gym, workshop, garage, water elements, and landscape. A restrained contemporary language, dark timber, local stone, steel, rattan, glass, and generous shade ground the buildings within the tropical garden.
